- Mourne Youth Forum [NI]
This is a forum for young people who have active support from the Local Senior Youth Work as well as facilitation from teaching staff and youth workers in the area. The group are currently carrying out a research project to establish the needs and interests of the local youth community as a way of establishing an agenda for future action.
- Mpowerment Project: The Rainbow Project [NI]
The Rainbow Project aims to address the physical, mental and emotional health of gay and bisexual men living in, working in or visiting Northern Ireland.
- NAS Social Programmes[NI]
NAS Social Programmes are available to anyone over the age of 16 with a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome or High Functioning Autism (or who are actively seeking a diagnosis).
- New Belfast Community Arts Inititiave [NI]
Our basic philosophy is that projects should be owned by participants and driven by their needs, so that increasingly they gain the self-confidence to plan and control the future shape and direction of their work. New Belfast is committed to promoting inclusion and accessibility to community arts, regardless of age, gender or political/religious/ethnic/sexual opinion.
- Newry and Mourne Carers Association Young Carers Project [NI]
Newry and Mourne Carers Association Young Carers Project aims to: to promote awareness of young carers and their needs, to have fun, to build self-esteem and confidence, to create a safe environment for young carers to meet and access services and information that meet their needs and to reduce secrecy, stigma, embarrassment surrounding young peoples caring role.
- Newstart [NI]
Newstart is an Alternative Education Project working with some of the most marginalised, disaffected and vulnerable young people from West, North and South Belfast. We are part of the AEP Forum which has members across all of Belfast working to address the issues facing all of us in this marginalised education sector. We have also worked over the years to advance policy etc in respect of our members and have made some advances in this respect.
- Newtownabbey & Carrickfergus Youth Justice Community Services[NI]
Newtownabbey & Carrickfergus Youth Justice Community Services aim is to prevent offending by children. They engage with young people who are coming to the attention of the Criminal Justice System.
- NI Cancer Fund for Children [NI]
The Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children exists to provide practical support to children and young people, up to and including the age of 21, who have been diagnosed with cancer, and their families.
- NICCY Youth Panel [NI]
The NICCY Youth Panel acts as a consultation committee to provide the Commissioner with views and opinions of children and young people in Northern Ireland.
- NIPPA Toybox Project [NI]
Children who have graduated from the Toybox project into school have been consulted to seek their views on the Toybox Initiative. The purpose of the consultations was to complete the overall Toybox Evaluation by giving consideration to the voice of the child.
