Belfast City Council Youth Forum[NI]

Age Group: 13 – 18 years old.
Specifc Interest Group: Children and Young People from all walks of life including those deemed as ‘marginalised’ as well as those more ‘affluent’, Section 75 groups are also represented (E.G. young people in care; disabled; ethnic minority; involved in youth justice etc).

How are Children and Young People Involved?
Belfast City Council Youth Forum acts as a mechanism through which the Council can consult with young people and also is a mechanism through which the young people can raise and discuss issues of importance to them and which can be raised with Council Officers and Elected Members.
