The Southern Area Children’s Services Planning Team commissioned this report which aims to address the lack of participation and consultation of young people by the service providers of health, education and social services amongst others.
The report is a part of a strategic government plan to include service users in the overall development of service delivery. The author Professor George Kernohan recommends methods for promoting the involvement of children.
