How are the Children and Young People involved?
We hold monthly residents meetings where we discuss activities, how residents fund monies should be spent, issues around the communal areas and general concerns or complaints.

Residents are consulted on their views of the services provided in the form of an annual residents survey. This is summarised and any concerns are discussed and acted upon.

We have an Education programme running where young people have been involved in the recruitment process - in developing the interview questions and sitting on the interview panel during the recruitment of the programme officers. We have continued to work with young people from other programmes in our best practice group where we are currently working on the production of a best practice guide in terms of service user involvement.
