Age Group: A website aimed at all 12-16 year-olds living in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

How are the Children and Young People involved?
- Young people of 12-16 were consulted in the design of the site.
- A young people’s advisory group are consulted in the continuous development of the site.
- Young People’s Management Group involved in all aspects.
- Development of website design and content.
- Staff recruitment.

Geographical Location National

The site helps teenagers find their own solutions to their problems.

The project has been running since 2001.

Aims:
- A website for young people, who are risk of abuse or being abused (including bullying and self harm) to turn to for confidential advice and support.
- Real time counselling available.
- Aims to help young people find their own solutions.
