How are Children and Young People Involved?
• Two youth representatives sit on the Management Board.
• We have a youth editorial group- that oversee a youth exhibition and drama that tours Northern Ireland.
• Evaluations of all work is fed into the Strategic Planning process- there is youth input on programmes and initiatives being considered.
• Youth needs analysis usually once a year- undertaken through questionnaire and focus groups.
