Policy Briefings
As part of our informing and influencing role we seek to empower members to influence policy development. To fulfil this role we provide analysis on key policy issues to enable members to provide informed and considered input into discussions on policy development.
CiNI Consultation Responses
As part of CiNI's 'informing and influencing' role, we seek to represent members' views on key consultations to government policy makers. To fulfil this role we regularly hold consultation workshops for members, and respond to key consultations, inviting members to contribute to the development of these responses.
Policy Sub Group
Through the Policy Sub-Group CiNI members are enabled to share their knowledge and expertise and develop agreed positions on key policy issues. It also provides opportunities for CiNI members to meet with Government and statutory decision makers and policy developers and other relevant agencies on issues of mutual interest.
Looked After Sub Group
Through the Looked After Sub-Group, CiNI members are facilitated to meet with Government and statutory decision makers and policy developers and other relevant agencies on issues of mutual interest relating to children who are looked after or in residential care.
