This two day workshop will assist participants to develop a system and ?standards for recording their practice.

Know how to explore what is important To and what is important For individuals in their lives and how to find a balance between the same.
Participants will learn how to:
• Define the roles and responsibilities of those who are paid to support
• Get a good match between those who are paid and those who use the services
• Use and record how people communicate
• Support “mindful” learning
